HOW TO WEAR IT

Three steps, then lie back

    Pick your side

    Fleece against your face on a cold night, cool silk on a warm one. Then sit the V-notch on the bridge of your nose — that notch is what stops the strip of light most masks let in.

    Wrap it round

    Bring the ends behind your head and press the closure. Snug, not tight — it should feel like a hand resting on your face, never like a clamp.

    Lie back

    Give it a minute to settle before you decide how it feels. Take it off if the pressure stops being comfortable or your eyes start to ache.

Before you use it

  • If you have glaucoma or raised eye pressure, ask an eye doctor before using any weighted mask. Weight around the eyes can push that pressure higher.
  • Do not use it in the run-up to eye surgery, or afterwards, until your surgeon tells you it is fine.
  • If you have chronic dry eye, check with your optician first. Take contact lenses out before you sleep, whether you wear a mask or not.
  • Take it off if your eyes ache, if your vision is blurry for more than a moment after you remove it, or if the pressure simply stops feeling comfortable.
  • Not for babies or young children, and not for anyone who could not lift it off by themselves.

Does the weight press on my eyeballs?

It is shaped to avoid that — the band is contoured so the beads sit on the brow and cheekbones and bridge over the eyes rather than lying flat on them. It is still weight on your face, so if you have any eye condition at all, check with an eye doctor before wearing one overnight.

How heavy is it, really?

About 250 g, near enough the weight of a full mug of coffee, spread across 72 cm of fabric. It is meant to feel present rather than heavy.

What is the difference between the two sides?

One face is a soft milk fleece, the other a cool-touch silky finish. Same mask, same weight — turn it over depending on whether the room is cold or you sleep warm.

Will it stay put if I move around?

The hook-and-loop closure holds better than the thin elastic strap that usually slides off side sleepers, and it adjusts to any head size. If you turn a lot, set it a little snugger before you settle.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, press the water out rather than wringing it, and air dry away from direct heat — the glass beads are sewn in and cannot be taken out, so skip the machine and the tumble dryer. If the care card in the box says otherwise, follow the card.

How does the multi-buy discount work?
