One pair of heated insoles, one wireless remote, one Y-shaped USB cable that powers both insoles, and a user guide. No power bank is included — the insoles have no battery of their own and run from any USB power bank you already have.

⚠️ Safety Information

Do not cut beyond the marked lines or damage the internal heating elements. Do not use wet insoles, sleep while using them, or expose the electrical connectors to water. Stop use immediately if the insoles become excessively hot or damaged. People with diabetes, reduced foot sensation, circulation concerns, or other medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.

WHY THIS ONE

Four things that decide whether they stay in the boots

Heated insoles fail for boring reasons: the button is under your foot, the wire is a hot line, the sole is too thick for the boot, or the battery inside dies mid-walk. Each of those has an answer here.

A remote, so your boots stay on
Three heat levels changed from a key-fob remote in your pocket. Without one you are unlacing a boot in the snow to press a button under your foot.
Carbon fibre, not a wire
The heating element is a carbon-fibre sheet, so warmth spreads across the sole rather than sitting in one hot line. Top setting is around 50 °C at the element.
Runs off a power bank you already own
No battery inside the insole — which is why it stays 5 mm thin. A single Y-cable feeds both insoles from one USB power bank in your pocket, and a bigger bank simply means a longer day.
Cut to your shoe
Two base sizes, each with marked trim lines, so a pair fits a hiking boot or a trainer. Cut along the lines and stay out of the red heating area — that is the one rule.

HOW TO USE IT

Three steps, and cut carefully

  1. 1

    Trim to your shoe

Lay your existing insole on top as a template and cut along the marked lines — never into the red heating zone. Cut conservatively; you cannot put it back.

  2. 2

Slide them in, plug them in

Heating side up, flat against the footbed. Run the Y-cable up inside each trouser leg to a power bank in your pocket — 5V/2A or better.

  3. 3

    Switch on from your pocket

Press the remote: low, medium or high. Start low — feet warm up more than you expect once they are moving.

Trim once, conservatively. You can always take more off; you cannot put it back, and trimmed insoles cannot be returned.

IN USE

Where it earns its place

Hiking and skiing
The long cold day where your toes go before anything else.
Outdoor work
Standing on cold ground for a shift, power bank in the jacket.
The commute
A platform in January, trainers on.
Watching a match
Sitting still in the cold, which is when feet suffer most.

SAFE USE

The numbers, and what to check first

Feet are the one place where reduced sensation is common and easy to overlook, so the list below is worth reading rather than skimming.

Heating element
Carbon fibre, approx. 50 °C max
Settings
Low / medium / high, by wireless remote
Power
External USB power bank — not included, no built-in battery
Small
EU 35–40, trim to fit
Large
EU 41–46, trim to fit
Insole
Approx. 26 × 9 cm, 5 mm EVA foam

Before you use it

  • Never cut beyond the marked lines or into the red heating area. A nicked element is a dead insole, and trimmed insoles cannot be returned.
  • Do not use them wet, do not sleep in them, and keep the USB connectors dry.
  • If you have diabetes, reduced feeling in your feet, or circulation problems, ask a healthcare professional first — a foot that cannot feel heat cannot tell you when it is too hot.
  • Start on low. Switch off at once if an insole feels excessively hot or shows any damage.
  • Not for children.

This is a comfort product, not a medical device. It warms feet; it does not treat circulation problems, neuropathy or any condition. Feet that are often numb or cold for no reason belong with a doctor.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Questions people ask

Is there a battery inside, or do I need a power bank?

A power bank. The supplier spec sheet is explicit: the insoles have no battery of their own and must be used with a USB power bank, which is not included. Some of the photos in the gallery say USB rechargeable and show a charging port — those photos are wrong for this listing, and we would rather tell you than let you find out in the snow. Any 5V/2A power bank works; a 10,000 mAh bank in a jacket pocket is a sensible size for a day out.

How warm do they get?

Up to about 50 °C at the element on high, which through a sock feels warm rather than hot. Most people run them on low or medium once they are moving.

How long does a power bank last?

That depends on the bank and the setting, so we will not give one number. Low lasts several times longer than high. A 10,000 mAh bank gives several hours on low.

Which size do I order?

Small covers EU 35–40, Large covers EU 41–46; both trim down. If you are on the boundary, take the larger and trim.

Is this a medical device?

No. They warm your feet. They do not treat circulation problems, neuropathy or any condition — and if your feet are often numb or cold for no reason, that is a doctor question, not an insole question.

How does the multi-buy discount work?

It comes off on its own at checkout, with no code. Two items anywhere in your basket take 10% off, three take 15%, four take 20%. They do not have to be the same product — Shopify applies the best single tier.

When will it arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days after that; tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves. If it is not for you, unused, untrimmed items can be returned within 30 days — email us first for the return address.
