  • Never put the gel straight against bare skin when it is frozen. Keep the fabric layer between the two.
  • Check your skin during a session. Take the wrap off if it stings, goes numb or the skin turns white or bright red.
  • Do not sleep in it, and do not leave cold or warm therapy on for longer than the leaflet says.
  • Not for broken skin, open wounds or a rash. Do not puncture the gel core.
  • If you have a circulation or nerve condition, diabetes, a recent injury or recent surgery, ask a healthcare professional before using it.

How do I pick a size?

Measure around the leg about 14 cm above the middle of the kneecap, with the calf hanging naturally. S is 38–42 cm, M 42–46 cm, L 46–51 cm, XL 51–58 cm. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

Does the gel stay flexible when it is cold?

Yes. The core is made to stay pliable after chilling, so the wrap still bends around the knee instead of setting into a rigid block the way a plain ice pack does.

Can I wear it while I move around?

It is made to stay put while you sit or move gently. It is a comfort wrap, not a brace — it is not built to support the joint during sport.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash it and do not put it in a tumble dryer.
