  • Never put the gel straight against bare skin when it is frozen. Keep the fabric layer between the two.
  • Check your skin during a session. Take the cap off if it stings, goes numb or the skin turns white or bright red.
  • Do not sleep in it overnight, and do not leave cold or warm therapy on for longer than the leaflet says.
  • Not for broken skin, open wounds or a rash. Do not puncture the gel core.
  • If you get frequent or severe headaches, or have a circulation or nerve condition, ask a healthcare professional before using it.
