Two or three fingers through each ring so it sits in your palm without being gripped. Charge it first if the display does not light.

Level one on the muscle
Switch on at L1 with the flat face on the muscle — a thigh, a calf, the top of a shoulder. Step up until it feels firm, and stop there.

Move it, then move on
Slow passes along the muscle rather than one spot. Ten to fifteen minutes on an area is a session.

No. The original listing title used those words and we removed them. Vibration on a muscle is a massage — pleasant after exercise, and nothing more. We are not selling it as anything else.

Is a belt included?

No. One manufacturer photo shows it worn on a strap, but the box for this listing holds the massager only. If you want the hands-free version, our vibration massage belt is the same idea with the strap in the box.

How is it different from the massage belt you sell?

That one is a single ring with a strap, for wearing. This is a double ring for holding — the two finger loops are what make one-handed use on your own shoulder possible. Pick the belt for hands-free, this for control.

How long does a charge last?

The manufacturer does not publish a run time or a battery capacity for this model, so we will not invent one. It is built for ten-to-fifteen-minute sessions. Message us if you need the figure before ordering and we will ask.

Is this a medical device?
