WHY THIS ONE

Four things fabric loops do that rubber ones do not

Thin latex bands roll, pinch and snap. Woven loops cost more and solve all three, which is why studios switched to them.

They stay flat on skin
A wide woven band with a textured inner face grips where you put it. A thin rubber band rolls into a cord and digs in within two squats.
A whole set, not one strength
20, 40 and 60 lb in the three-band set, plus 90 lb in the four-band one. Getting stronger means picking up the next colour rather than reordering.
Colour-coded so you can grab one
Pink, purple, mint and ice blue, each printed with its rating. No holding two bands up to the light to work out which is which.
They fold into nothing
Flat fabric that packs into a corner of a bag, which is why a set like this survives a house move and a treadmill does not.

HOW TO USE IT

Three steps, and start lighter than you think

  1. 1

Start one level below what you expect

The 20 lb band is not a warm-up band. Most people start a level lower than they assume and are glad they did.

  2. 2

Position it above the knees or at the ankles

Above the knees for squats and bridges, at the ankles for side steps and kickbacks. Flat against the skin or over leggings, never twisted.

  3. 3

    Move slowly against the band

Out slowly, back slowly, with the band under tension the whole time. Letting it snap back is where both bands and knees get hurt.

The band should make the last few repetitions hard, not the first. If it is hard from rep one, drop a colour.

IN USE

Where it earns its place

Squats and bridges
Above the knees, which is the use most people buy them for.
Side steps and walk-outs
At the ankles, for the hip work that nothing else reaches.
Warm-ups
Two minutes with the lightest band before anything heavier.
Travel
The whole set folds flat into a bag pocket.

Before you use it

  • Check every band for fraying or a lifting seam before you use it, and retire any band that shows either.
  • Never stretch a band towards your face, and release it under control rather than letting it snap.
  • Do not stretch a loop far beyond its resting size β€” fabric bands have much less give than rubber and will tear rather than stretch.
  • Keep them away from heat, direct sunlight, sharp edges and rough surfaces.
  • Stop if a movement causes sharp knee or hip pain rather than muscle effort.

This is fitness equipment, not a medical device, and it does not treat any condition. If you have a knee, hip or back problem, or you are new to resistance training, speak to a healthcare professional before starting.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Questions people ask

Do the pound ratings mean anything exact?

They are the manufacturer's labels, and the manufacturer says so on the listing image: resistance varies with how far you stretch. Treat them as a reliable ordering β€” 40 is meaningfully harder than 20 β€” rather than a measured force.

Three bands or four?

Four if you already train and expect to move up; three if you are starting out. The 90 lb band is genuinely hard, and most people take months to need it.

Will they roll up my legs?

That is what fabric loops exist to prevent. Worn flat, at the right place on the leg, they stay put. A band that still rolls is too small for where you are wearing it.

Can I wash them?

Hand wash in cool water and air dry. They pick up sweat like any fabric, and washing them cool does not affect the weave.

What size are the loops?

The manufacturer does not publish a circumference for each band. They suit the usual adult thigh and ankle range β€” if you are at either extreme, message us before ordering and we will get the measurement.

How does the multi-buy discount work?

It comes off on its own at checkout, with no code to type. Two items anywhere in your basket take 10% off, three take 15%, four take 20%. They do not have to be the same product.

When will it arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days after that; tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves. If it is not for you, unused items can be returned within 30 days β€” email us first for the return address.
