Make sure your foot is clean and dry.
Slide the sleeve gently over the forefoot.
Place the big toe through the separate loop.
Position the gel cushion over the inner big-toe joint.
Smooth the fabric and ensure it is comfortably fitted.
Remove immediately if you experience numbness, discoloration, or excessive pressure.

Four things that make it the one you wear to work

Most bunion products are for resting. This is the one for the eight hours you spend in shoes.

It fits inside a shoe: Thin stretch fabric with a low gel pad, so it goes into a trainer or a roomy boot. That is the whole difference from a hinged splint: this one comes to work with you.
Gel exactly where the shoe rubs: The cushion sits over the prominent joint on the inside of the foot — the spot that meets the side of every shoe. It puts a soft layer between the two instead of trying to move anything.
A loop for the big toe: The separate toe loop holds the sleeve in place and keeps the toe gently spaced from its neighbour. Open-toe, so the rest of the foot moves normally.
A pair, in three sizes: Left and right in the box, sized S, M or L by EU shoe size. Hand wash, air dry, wear again — there is nothing in it to charge or replace.

HOW TO WEAR IT

Three steps, and check your toes

Clean, dry foot
Slide the sleeve over the forefoot like a short sock, seam side out. Dry skin only — it grips better and the gel stays put.

Toe through the loop
Put the big toe through the separate loop, then smooth the fabric so the gel pad sits over the joint on the inside of the foot.

Check your toes
Snug, not tight. If the toe goes pale, cold or tingly, take it off and try the next size up.

Hand wash cool, air dry, no bleach. Heat is what kills the gel.

Will this fix my bunion?

No — and the manufacturer says so on its own safety notice. A bunion is a change in the bone and the joint; no sleeve reverses that. What this does is put a gel layer between the joint and the shoe and hold the toe gently spaced. Buy it for comfort in shoes, not for a cure. If you want something for overnight positioning, our hinged bunion splint is the one built for that.

Sleeve or splint — which one?

Sleeve for daytime, in shoes. Splint for resting and overnight, out of shoes. Plenty of people use both; they do different jobs.

Which size do I pick?

By EU shoe size: S for 32–36, M for 37–40, L for 41–45. Between sizes, go up — a sleeve that is too tight is the one that ends up in a drawer.

Do I get one or two?

Is this a medical device?
