WHY THIS ONE

Four things that separate a kit from a bag of bands

Loose bands do one thing and need a doorframe. Add a belt, cuffs and clips and the same rubber suddenly trains hips, legs and arms without anything to anchor to.

The belt is the anchor
Clip the bands to the waist belt and your own body becomes the fixing point. No doorframe, no bolts, and it works on any floor.
Cuffs put the load on a limb
Wrist and ankle cuffs move the resistance to where the movement actually happens, which is what turns a puller into a leg and hip trainer.
Every band is sleeved
A woven cover runs the length of each tube. It keeps a failed band from snapping back at you and stops the latex perishing in daylight.
Carabiners, not knots
Metal clips at both ends of every band, so changing the resistance or the attachment point takes seconds rather than a minute of untying.

HOW TO USE IT

Three steps, and check every clip

  1. 1

    Inspect every band and clip

Check the sleeves, the tubes and each carabiner before the session. A band with a nick or a clip that will not close is the one that fails.

  2. 2

Clip the belt on, then the bands

Waist belt centred and fastened first, then clip a band to a D-ring on each side. Even loads on both sides, always.

  3. 3

Move slowly and return under control

Out slowly, back slowly, with tension the whole way. Never release a loaded band, and never let a cuff slip off mid-rep.

Even load on both sides, every time. That single habit prevents most of what goes wrong with a belt-and-band kit.

Before you use it

  • Inspect every band, sleeve and clip before each session, and retire any band that shows a nick or a lifting sleeve.
  • Never stretch a band towards your face, and never let a loaded band go β€” return it under control.
  • Load both sides evenly. An uneven set pulls the belt round and puts the force somewhere it was not meant to go.
  • Keep the set away from heat, direct sun and rough surfaces, which is what degrades latex.
  • Stop if a movement causes sharp pain rather than muscle effort, and keep children away from a set under tension.

This is fitness equipment, not a medical device, and it does not treat any condition. Build up gradually. If you have a back, shoulder or heart condition, or you are new to resistance training, talk to a healthcare professional before starting.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Questions people ask

What exactly is in the box?

A waist belt, four sleeved bands, a pair of wrist cuffs, a pair of ankle cuffs, two handles and a carry pouch. The listing image titled "your training set" shows the lot laid out.

What does the pound rating mean?

It is the manufacturer's figure for the band strength you choose, and it applies at full stretch. Treat the numbers as a reliable ordering rather than a measured force β€” actual tension depends on how far you pull.

Which strength should I start with?

15 or 20 lb for most people, especially for boxing drills where speed matters more than load. You can always clip on a second band; you cannot make a heavy one lighter.

Do I need to fix anything to a wall?

No. The waist belt is the anchor, which is the point of this kit. There is nothing to drill and nothing to hang on a door.

Will the bands snap?

Latex tubes wear out eventually β€” every set does. These are sleeved end to end specifically so that a failure does not send bare rubber at you. Replace any tube that shows a nick.

How does the multi-buy discount work?

It comes off on its own at checkout, with no code to type. Two items anywhere in your basket take 10% off, three take 15%, four take 20%. They do not have to be the same product.

When will it arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days after that; tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves. If it is not for you, unused items can be returned within 30 days β€” email us first for the return address.
